 This livejournal thing is great but with all these cryptic login names, etc. I've no idea who is who.
My own is pretty easy:

Becksgw is Becky, the ex-pat Aussie who comes and goes on an irregular basis and has become addicted to circular needles.

seeing this is a closed group anyway, can we make it a little easier to recognize one another.  I haven't added to my list of friends in a year because I don't recognize anyone.

There has been some talk of doing a little Charity knitting and I thought this sale would give people an opportunity to pick up a few extra balls of yarn.

They're also hosting a free yarn Event on Sun 9th from 1-4pm
Aparently they have a few little demos and you can stop by and make a square for the " Blankets for Canada" Charity.



 

Yes I was in town today, and as it was, I drove right by the Kona just after 7pm.
I gazed longingly in the window as we passed by and wished I were there with you all; "knit one, purl two, sip my latte",  but alas, not yet.
We, the boat, have been in town for about 36 hours and now we are leaving again, off to Seattle.

Soon I will be home though and I am so looking forward to the pleasure of your company and friendship.
I have projects to share and a photo or two of Alaska for those interested (he,he, heee) so i'm watching th calendar, less than two weeks and I'm home.
I can't wait!
